Last night Leo Messi scored his 75th and 76th goals of the year. His record of 64 goals for Barcelona and 12 for Argentina surpasses Pele’s record which was set in 1958. Messi is nine goals away from beating Gerd Muller’s historic 1972 goal-scoring landmark.
